The pool was perfect for our family to unwind after visiting the nearby Smithsonian's National Zoo, which my kids adored. Plus, the free parking made it easy for our large family to come and go without any hassle.
My children wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options. A wider variety would surely keep everyone happy.

We encountered some hiccups during our stay. The elevator was out of order, leading to some inconvenient treks up and down the stairs, especially with luggage. Our room keys were inconsistent. one worked while the other didn’t, making it a bit of a hassle for our family of four. The breakfast area could use better cleanliness. we noticed crumbs and ants on the tables and chairs. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.

The stay was quite eventful, especially dealing with the elevator issue throughout our visit. We were assigned to the 4th floor, which was challenging for my husband who has difficulty with stairs. However, the bed was comfortable, making it easier after a long day out. I appreciated the accessibility features in the room, which helped with navigation. The breakfast offered enjoyable options, although the choice was somewhat limited.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

Had a great time with friends here! We visited the Smithsonian's National Zoo and caught a game at Capital One Arena. The rooms were spacious, and I loved the free parking and breakfast. Plus, their shuttle to the nearby metro made getting around super easy.
A bit of a downer was the small indoor pool, which had way too much chlorine to enjoy.

Family Friendly Stay with Some Noise Issues
The room was quiet and spacious, really spacious enough for our crew which is hard to find. And the free breakfast was just right, great variety and kept stocked, made it easy to grab what we needed before hitting the road.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got it worked out in the end.
